Hosting and connection data
The site is delivered by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) processes connection data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and time in order to deliver the page and defend against attacks. We keep no server logs of our own. Legal basis: legitimate interest in secure, available operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 31(1) FADP).
Fonts and media
Fonts, images and the video on the start page are delivered from our own host. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts or any other font, video or embed provider.
Contact
The site has no contact form. The “Start a project” button opens a message to our email address in your own mail program; nothing is sent until you send it. When you write to us, the correspondence is stored in our business mailbox. Legal basis: answering your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, marketing or tracking tools. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to defend against attacks; they require no consent.
Recipients and transfers abroad
Personal data reach only Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which delivers the site. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses apply in addition. A data processing agreement is in place.
Retention
Business correspondence is kept for up to 10 years under commercial and tax law. Connection data at Cloudflare are subject to Cloudflare's own retention periods.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to receive your data in a common format, and to object to processing based on a legitimate interest. Contact us at the email address above; we answer within 30 days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch). Persons in the European Economic Area may contact the supervisory authority of their place of residence.
No automated decision-making
We make no automated individual decisions and carry out no profiling.
